Bio-Clear Biological Treatment Plants

Bio-Clear Biological Wastewater Treatment System
The Bio-Clear package wastewater treatment system provides a modular approach to the treatment of wastewater. The system is compact, easy to operate, and cost effective priced unit. The package wastewater treatment systems have an exceptional track record as an efficient method of wastewater treatment. These plants can require a fraction of the space needed by other types of systems.
Bio-Clear FBBR (Fixed Bed Bio-Reactor)
The Ecologix FBBR (Fixed Bed Bio-Reactor) "containerized wastewater treatment plant" is a fully pre-assembled biological system for the purification of domestic wastewater or wastewater of similar composition. Any wastewater accruing for example in temporary sanitary facilities on construction sites or self-sufficient worker camps are treated.
Bio-Clear Aeration Integrated System (AIS)
he AIS is a successful integration of the aeration tank and secondary clarifier with ”no moving parts.” It provides operator-controlled, center-well induced, downward flow of return sludge directly back to the aeration tank while producing a highly clarified effluent. The induced downward velocity on the sludge, as it enters the clarifier, results in substantially higher removals of fine TSS and foam than a conventional clarifier. The “no moving parts” system offers substantial capital and operational cost savings and permits greater exibility in design and operation of the entire activated sludge system.
