Recycle - Reclaim & Filter Systems / Model AC-HV-PT 200 (Air, Cyclone - High Voltage - Pump & Tank)

ADVANTAGES AND BENEFITS OF AC-HV-TP 200 RECYCLING SYSTEM

The new AC-HV-TP 200 is one of the most economical and efficient recycling systems we have ever offered to our customers. It has several advantages which we would like to briefly point out:

1. Particle Removal by the Water-Cyclone

With the AC-HV system we remove suspended solids by using a Water-Cyclone, separating solids of varied specific gravities using centripital force in a cyclonic action.

2. Two Stage De-germing Process

Stage 1: By High Voltage Electrode (30,000 Volts / 300 mAmps.)
Stage 2: Our well established Hydro-Stabilizer

3. Removal of Algae

Fact: When wash chemicals are mixed together with dirt and exposed to sunlight algae will grow. This algae will stick to pipes, tanks, car wash and other surfaces and act as a culture for bacteria. These bacteria will cause bad odor. To combat this problem a high voltage electrode which does not only kill bacteria, but is also very effective in preventing the growth of algae. Moreover, the High Voltage Electrode will cause a flocculation of fine particles.

4. Aeration for the Buffer Tank

An aeration pipe with nozzles is installed in the lower portion buffer tank. By aeration, sediment and contaminants are brought up to the surface of the water inside the chamber. The floating material is then skimmed off the surface to the overflow, back to the silt chamber.

5. Easy installations, minimum civil works needed

The AC-HV-TP 200 is ideal for retrofitting sites where a car wash already exists, since it only needs two PVC spring hoses to connect the unit to the underground pit. The AC-HV-TP 200 can work with only one silt chamber of an approximate volume of 4m (1000 gallons). This makes construction cost significantly cheaper than other systems. The units are relatively light in weight, making transport, handling and installation easy. The system is quite versatile for a number of applications, not
only in its functioning, but its small footprint allows it to fit in very confined areas.
