V-Pellets is a pelletized
activated carbon made especially for use
in a vapor applications. Its particle size
and pore structure have been specifically
designed to provide the best adsorption
of impurities from vapor steam with the
least flow resistance. The product
is double screened and de-dusted in process
and prior to packaging to assure a clean,
hard, dust free product with long service
life. WI - Pellets are ideal for solvent
recovery or other vapor phase projects whereby
pressure drop may be a concern.
This product is manufactured to adsorb
odiferous by-products, solvent recovery,
and VOC's, as well as adsorption
of trace contaminants.
V-Pellets are processed from
a mixture of selected anthracite and sub-bituminous
coal, activated at high temperature with
steam. The pellets are available in four
sizes: 1.5 mm, 3 mm and 4 mm. Carbon
tetrachloride adsorption values are available
from 60% t80% arequired. |
