OQMC - Oil Quenching Mist Collector

High efficiency Oil Mist Collector is constructed from all welded carbon steel with an enamel paint finish inside and outside. Includes mounting feet, circulation pump with start/stop switch, high side dirty air inlet, wetting tray, scrubbing pad, demister section, access panels, drain/recycling connection, view port and Magnehelic gauges. This closed loop design uses the quenching oils to filter the mist and/or smoke while returning the collected oils for reuse.

Blower Section: Top mounted motor/blower assembly with inlet box assembly, centrifugal-backward inclined, volume outlet damper, and "added" factory-mounted motor starter and fused disconnect with start/stop controls. Note: Fan is constructed of carbon steel with enamel paint, special fan coatings available as required.

Post Media Filter Section: Transitioned filter housing attached to blower exhaust includes three (3) HEPA filters and filter mounting frame; 3-way directional discharge.
