Ozone Decomposer

Destruction of unused ozone off gas is an important part any ozone process. The D412 Ozone Destruct Chamber (ozone decomposer) is the most economical and efficient method for destroying unused ozone gas after the reaction process.

The D412 Ozone Destruct Chamber is a durable T316 stainless chamber with 1" MPT fittings that easily attach to an ozone contact tank, de-gas separator or other ozone contacting system to convert any unused ozone off-gas into oxygen before venting into the atmosphere.

The D412 uses an MnO2/CuO mixture as a catalyst with a thermostatically controlled heating element to remove water vapor for long lasting ozone decomposition potential.

With so much ozone destruct potential in an efficient package, the D412 Ozone Destruct Chamber, along with ambient ozone gas monitors, will be an important part of every plant’s safety program to ensure that ambient ozone levels remain below required limits.
