The ICS020 is powered by the SGC11 Ozone/Oxygen System with 12g/hr high concentration ozone output. The SGC11 combines an onboard oxygen concentrator and air compressor with the highly efficient, air-cooled ozone generator using patented Floating Plate Technology™. Integrated with exclusive Enhanced Mass Transfer™ ozone contact technology and housed in an attractive, compact, lightweight and portable stainless steel package the ICS020 is an unbeatable value.
The ICS020 is easy to operate with a convenient and userfriendly control panel to manage the ozone generating process. Standard controls include: 0-100% viable power control, feed gas and reactor back-pressure control, power supply feed back reference meter and LED ozone production indicator.
Optional control interfaces include: 0-10VDC or 4-20mA input signal for 0-100% viable ozone concentration control.
Other integrated options include a degas separator, dissolved ozone monitors with accuracy of ±0.02ppm and process controls and ambient ozone gas detector.
