IOCS Series Ozone Generators
A completely INTEGRATED OZONE CONTACT SYSTEM with ENHANCED MASS TRANSFER, anti-siphon and off-gas destruction, engineered to fit this ruggedly constructed stainless steel package. IOCS can be powered by the self-contained SGA or SGC ozone system which includes ozone generator, oxygen generator and air compressor in a single stainless steel cabinet. The IOCS package is available in several sizes and with optional dissolved ozone monitors and/or controllers for automatic or remote operation and reporting.

The IOCS is a complete and fully Integrated Ozone Contact System with our unique Enhanced Mass Transfer ozone injection design and ozone off gas destruction all engineered into a beautifully constructed stainless steel package. From 10 to 20 gpm the IOCS ozone systems provide from 3.5ppm 26.4ppm applied ozone gas The IOCS package is available with optional dissolved ozone monitors and controllers for automatic or remote operation and/or reporting.
The IOCS can be customized with any one of our SGC or SGA series ozone/oxygen systems and choice of contact tank sizes. Mix or match Ozone Systems from 8g/hr (0.4lbs/day) to 60g/hr (3.2lbs/day) to cover a range of applied ozone gas and water flow rates with efficient mass transfer for optimal dissolved ozone levels. The sturdy stainless steel construction is ideal for a wide variety of applications where ozonated on demand is required in a turn-key package. IOCS units are efficient, utilizing exclusive Enhanced Mass Transfer and include a full menu of options.
