Wastewater Treatment Plant

Biological Treatment

Biological treatment is designed to substantially degrade the biological content of a waste stream. Ecologix offers a unique line of biological processes that conserve space and energy, while dramatically reducing operation costs. From large-scale biological reactor systems to mobile, modular jet aeration solutions, Ecologix can provide the secondary treatment solution to fit your project needs.

Integrated Bio-Reactor (IBR)

Bio-Clear

The Zeo-Clear wastewater treatment systems are perfect for the needs of smaller populations, communities, camps, resorts & similar sized applications. The Zeo-Clear® containerized wastewater treatment solution offers unlimited opportunities for improvement and cost savings in both new and existing treatment plants.

The Integrated Bio-Reactor (IBR) is well adapted for the treatment of wastewater with highly concentrated organic loads such as industrial biodegradable effluents and less contaminated effluents, typically found in applications involving municipal wastewater treatment.

The Bio-Clear packaged sewage and wastewater treatment systems provide a modular approach to the treatment of sewage and wastewater. The system is a compact, easy to operate, and cost effective unit. These packaged wastewater treatment systems have an exceptional track record as an efficient method of sewage and wastewater treatment. These plants can require a fraction of the space needed by other types of systems.

Activated Sludge (AS+)

Rotating Bed Bio-Reactor (RBBR)

MBR processes produce effluent of high enough quality to be discharged safely to local waterways (coastal, surface, creeks or streams). Additionally the effluent may be reclaimed for urban irrigation. The hollow fiber submerged modules are designed to require a very small footprint. The system design is so efficient that it eliminates the requirement for secondary clarification and tertiary filtration.

The AS+ Biological Treatment System is ideally suited for developing countries as the engineered concrete design lowers cost by allowing local construction resources to build-out the foundation, eliminating the cost of shipping prefabricated steel.

The RBBR is an improvment on traditional mixed bed bio-reactor (MBBR) technology that harnesses the efficiencies of centrifugal motion to increase biosolids growth, maximize aeration, and reduce system footprint.
